About the role
Reporting to the immediate manager, this role leads daily production operations, ensuring efficient use of labor and materials to meet schedule targets. Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe work environment, enforcing sanitation and GMP standards, and driving operational excellence through strong problem-solving and effective team leadership. Success in this role requires sound judgment, accountability, and the ability to foster positive employee relations while achieving performance goals.
What you'll bring
- Must be able to work rotating shift (3rd, 2nd, 1st).
- : High school diploma required
- : 3–5 years of manufacturing experience
- : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook) and general PC literacy required.
- Must be able to logically and methodically work through and break down complex problems and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- a bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
- ideally in food processing, packaging, or food safety environments.
