About the role
The Senior Finance Analyst located in Raynham, MA, Raritan, NJ, and West Chester, PA will partner with end users and be responsible for the simplification and standardization of Commercial/IBP, Supply Chain, or Enterprise planning processes, via enabling technology enhancements, that will drive efficiencies across planning cycles. This individual will also collaborate with extended core team of cross functional experts who will be accountable for driving the design, build, testing, and deployment of standardized Planning & Forecasting capabilities across DPS rate. Extensive knowledge of financial forecasting processes is required as the proposed SigniFi process will impact all finance employees globally who are engaged in financial planning and analysis. The individual must be able to work cross-functionally with various levels of the organization (e.g. Directors, Managers, Analysts) across all regions to develop the global standard requirements for integrating respective planning models within EP&A.
What you'll bring
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
- A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, influencing skills and ability to develop strong relationships with executive leadership team members is required.
- The ability to partner with, influence and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior management is required.
- Foundational project management skills are required.
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations, proactively identifying and mitigating process risks within a cross-functional, global organization and effectively lead and govern decision-making bodies is required.
- Innovative and continuous improvement mindset
- The role may require 5%-10% domestic and/or international travel, based on employee’s home location.
- Experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing FP&A technology solutions is preferred.
- Analytical Reasoning, Benchmarking, Budgeting, Communication, Consulting, Data Savvy, Econometric Models, Execution Focus, Financial Analysis, Financial Competence, Financial Modeling, Financial Planning, Financial Reports, Financial Risk Management (FRM), Operational Excellence, Problem Solving
- preferably in Finance or Accounting.
