About the role

We are seeking a driven  Project Manager  for our industrial services team. The Project Manager will be responsible for running projects in and around the Mid-Atlantic Region. Please note that this position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with Kinsley Construction policies and procedures.

What you'll bring

• 5 years of experience as a project manager in the industrial/construction sector.
• Vast knowledge of local area and clientele.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Strong computer skills is required.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn is required.
• Knowledge of rigging, erection and millwright work.
• Knowledge of process piping.
• Previous knowledge with self-performed concrete, fabrication, erection, millwright and pipefitting is highly preferred.
• A four-year degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.
• Knowledge of deep foundations and formed concrete is preferred.
• Knowledge of both OSHA and MSHA safety regulations is preferred.
