About the role
Spring Oak Senior Living is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support recruiting across our organization of more than 1,000 employees and 20+ locations .
What you'll bring
- Prior recruiting experience is required
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly, manage multiple priorities, and consistently follow through.
- Experience with an ATS, Indeed, job boards, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination.
- Comfortable supporting hiring managers across multiple locations and working independently in a fast-moving environment.
- We are looking for someone who takes ownership, stays ahead of details, communicates exceptionally well, and understands that successful recruiting depends on speed, consistency, and strong follow-through.
- If you enjoy keeping a fast-moving recruiting operation organized while creating a positive experience for candidates and new team members, we would like to hear from you.
- Experience with onboarding, recruiting budgets, social media recruiting, or HR systems is a plus.
- healthcare or senior living recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
