About the role
The University Relations & Events team is seeking an Event Lead responsible for managing university partnerships and executing on-campus and virtual event strategies across assigned school portfolios and job families. This individual will build strong relationships with business partners and recruiting teams to adapt our event strategy into a meaningful candidate experience that attracts top talent for internship and early career programs. The Event Lead will comfortably navigate ambiguity, own dedicated school portfolios, and test innovative approaches to engage diverse candidate pools. What you'll bring
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- Ability and willingness to travel 30–35% during peak campus recruiting seasons
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ year of experience in event planning or project management
- 1+ year of experience in campus recruiting or sourcing
