About the role

We are looking for a skilled and driven Network Engineer to design, grow and maintain high-performance, ultra-low-latency network infrastructure that spans on-premise and cloud environments. This role is critical to achieving the fastest possible data delivery across long-distance infrastructure and requires close collaboration with vendors, cloud providers and international teams.

What you'll bring

• Strong knowledge of IP networking, routing, BGP, multicast, RF and fiber technologies;
• Hands-on experience with cloud networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Cloud Interconnect, VPC Peering, etc.) across AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Alibaba Cloud;
• Solid understanding of Linux networking stack, tuning, and performance optimization;
• Experience with network automation tools such as Ansible, Python, Terraform, NetBox, or similar;
• Familiarity with observability stacks like Grafana, Prometheus, and other telemetry tools;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and operational discipline in distributed environments;
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Experience with low-latency networking hardware, including Layer 1 switches and optical transport;
• Hands-on experience with RF-based networks;
• Development skills sufficient to create custom network diagnostic or monitoring tools.
• Proven experience in operating low-latency or high-performance networks
• ideally in trading, finance, or similarly latency-sensitive environments;
