About the role

As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will contribute to shaping Robeco’s cybersecurity strategy while advancing your own career.

What you'll bring

• We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Analyst to strengthen our cyber resilience.
• In this role, you act as an expert on external cyber threats and think like an ‘outsider’.
• You translate threats into tangible business risks and provide timely and relevant insights on cyber threats and trends to security experts and senior management.
• The Cyber Security Analyst reports directly to the CISO.
• You are currently based in the Netherlands and are able to work from our Rotterdam office at least 3 days a week.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in information security, computer science, information technology or related field
• Certifications like CISSP, CEH, CISA are a pre
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security analytics and intelligence
• You are experienced with SIEM, AI, Agentic AI for Security, big data, and multi-sourced IT environments
• Knowledge on the complete Microsoft Security Stack including Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Copilot, as well as Azure is a requirement.
• You have proven experience in preparing and presenting security risk reports to senior management, combined with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Furthermore, you are pragmatic and able to work with different types of management styles.
