About the role

As the Quality Control Lab Manager, you'll own the pulse of our Quality Control Laboratory, driving day-to-day operations across Analytical and HPLC testing environments. You'll lead a high-performing team, optimize resources, and ensure every test, analysis, and result meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance. This role is all about pushing operational excellence, maintaining regulatory and internal quality requirements, and keeping our labs running at peak performance.

What you'll bring

• Responsible for the oversight and maintenance of all regulatory licenses required to operate the laboratory as applicable by local, federal mandate.
• Between 3-5 years of experience in beverage manufacturing.
• Between 3-5 years of experience in food or beverage analytical testing methods (HPLC, CO2, Brix, TA, pH, sensory analysis).
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Chemistry, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related areas.
• Fluency in English preferred.
