• U.S. Citizen
• Three (3) years experience in maintenance, plant engineering, or nuclear plant operations with a B.S. degree in engineering, or related physical science
• OR Seven (7) years experience in maintenance, plant engineering, or nuclear plant operations with an AAS degree in engineering or related physical science
• OR Ten (10) years experience in maintenance, plant engineering, or nuclear plant operations and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Maintenance supervision/management in DOE Nuclear facility.
• Practical knowledge of nuclear maintenance and operations.
• Familiarity of the development, review and issuance of work control packages using technical reference documents to ensure maintenance work is task ready.
• Experience in the development of schedules and manpower planning.
• Experience in managing facility maintenance resources to ensure work scope is completed and schedules are met.
• Interpersonal skills so as to establish and cultivate positive working relationships and interfaces with both internal and external customers
• Experience with Asset Suite and Microsoft Word is required.
