About the role

We are always looking for great Welders to join our Production Team in Alachua, Florida to build high-quality rotary drilling rigs used worldwide to extract the critical resources that fuel industries and power progress.

What you'll bring

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Welding certification
• and a strong mechanical background.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work overtime or shifts as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the workday
• Must wear required PPE and successfully complete fit-for-work assessments (audiogram, lift test, physical exam)
• Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing environment
