About the role
Aviation Service Partners is seeking an experienced Planning & Production Controller to join our team in Albertville, Alabama . This position will serve as a central coordination point for aircraft maintenance planning, production control, technical documentation, materials, and customer requirements.
What you'll bring
- Previous experience in aircraft maintenance planning, production control, work control, technical records, or maintenance coordination.
- Experience working with aircraft maintenance work packages, task cards, Routine and Non-Routine maintenance documentation.
- Experience coordinating aircraft maintenance schedules and tracking work through completion.
- Strong understanding of aviation maintenance documentation and recordkeeping requirements.
- Familiarity with AMM, CMM, SRM, Task Cards, Work Orders, and other aircraft technical documentation.
- Experience with CAMO Work Orders or similar maintenance planning systems preferred.
- Experience working in an MRO, airline maintenance, heavy maintenance, aircraft storage, or aircraft modification environment preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic aircraft maintenance and records systems.
- Knowledge of FAA requirements and aviation maintenance documentation practices preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple aircraft, work packages, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
