About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic youth sports coach to join their team. As a coach, you will work with small groups of children across various ages, developing their skills, physical literacy, and teamwork abilities. As a coach, your role will be instrumental in the development of children's gross motor skills and socialization skills, making a positive impact on their lives. Whether it's through classes, camps, afterschool enrichment, birthday parties, or team training, you will be part of making a difference in the lives of over 100,000 participants each year.

What you'll bring

• You must have at least 3-4 days of the availability mentioned above.
• Passion for working with children and improving their physical literacy, gross motor skills, and socialization skills!
• Strong sports background with general sports knowledge.
• Must have reliable transportation as all programs are run at local schools and parks.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with children and parents.
• Must be punctual (classes are held after school in the afternoons and children are counting on you).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to and willing to learn the following sports: Tennis, Pickleball, Golf, and Flag Football.
• Must have a TB test completed OR completed within the first week of employment.
• Must be CPR/First-Aid trained.
