About the role

The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for leading multi-district store operations across a defined region, ensuring strong financial performance, operational excellence and leadership development. The Regional Operations Manager serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving regional growth, building operational capability, and aligning field operations with Company objectives. The Regional Operations Manager acts as a coach and mentor to District Managers and a key strategic partner to the Vice President of Operations.

• Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing 20+ locations (or a geographically dispersed multi-unit portfolio) and major projects/initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, vendor partners and Guests.
• Excellent conflict resolution skills
• ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization and can look at situations from several points of view.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• keen attention to detail.

• Experience with MS Office suite
• Experience managing others is required.
• 75% travel is required
