About the role

A&A Safety is looking for the technician other technicians call. Not a parts-changer. We need someone who can walk up to a truck with no fault code, no history, and nobody to ask, and figure it out.

What you'll bring

• Able to diagnose independently and build your own test plan.
• No hand-holding, no defaulting to parts replacement.
• Real aftertreatment and high-pressure common rail experience, not just resetting codes
• Hydraulic diagnosis and repair: pumps, motors, valves, cylinders
• Comfortable with OEM diagnostic software and network-level electrical diagnosis
• Enough commercial brake experience to qualify as an FMCSA brake inspector, typically a year or more.
• We handle the documentation.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Willing to work second shift and take part in the on-call rotation
• All of these move you up the pay band.
• ASE test fees reimbursed and a bonus on every certification you earn.
• CDL preferred.
