About the role

The Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting in a wide range of FP&A activities and data-driven analytics that support OC Sports & Entertainment. This position will play a significant role in the timely delivery and presentation of the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and monthly reporting and variance analysis. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position is on-site. What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of finance or accounting experience required
• Experience Required –
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
• Proven record of discreetly handling sensitive and proprietary information
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Customer service mindset when supporting internal needs and communicating with external parties
• Able to work effectively under pressure, balance multiple priorities and assignments, learn independently, and work toward deadlines
• Able to manipulate large quantities of data to build financial models and reporting packages
• Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
• experience with Power BI strongly preferred
