What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven success in full-lifecycle recruiting.
• Core Recruiting Mastery: Strong background in campus recruiting, university relations, talent sourcing, or technical recruiting.
• Event & Project Management: Track record of organizing and executing high-volume campus recruiting events, career fairs, and cross-functional HR projects.
• Communication & Tech Skills: Demonstrated presentation and public speaking ability, with proficiency in modern ATS platforms and presentation software (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva).
• Agility & Mobility: Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment, with willingness to travel up to 20% for campus visits and company events.
• Experience with specialized technical recruiting for software engineering or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Exposure to employer branding strategy, CRM sourcing tools, or recruitment analytics.
• The base salary provided represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting.
• Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer.
• A discretionary bonus may be awarded in recognition of individual and company performance.
