About the role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production at scale. This role is ideal for someone who has owned real-world Kubernetes platforms, understands the operational complexity of running distributed systems in production, and has strong experience with GitOps-based deployment workflows. The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for building, improving, and supporting cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines, observability systems, and production reliability practices. This person should be comfortable working across infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable and repeatable deployment platforms.
What you'll bring
- We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production at scale.
- Strong hands-on Kubernetes production experience.
- Advanced Kubernetes knowledge, including deployments, services, ingress, config maps, secrets, RBAC, network policies, probes, HPA, and storage.
- Strong GitOps experience, with Flux or Argo CD.
- Strong CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Helm and/or Kustomize.
- Strong Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure
- Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform or similar tools
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, Go, or similar languages.
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, New Relic, Better Stack, or similar.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues across application, infrastructure, and networking layers.
