About the role

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Sr. Customer Fulfillment Analyst that assists with maintaining Inventory Plans to support company and customer expectations within acceptable inventory targets. This position will encompass all Home Depot domestic orders and operational collaboration needed to support company sales while meeting service level targets. The Customer Fulfillment Team works closely with multiple associates across business functions to ensure expectations are clearly defined, including:

• 2+ years industry related experience with retail sales, marketing, transportation, distribution, purchasing, or manufacturing.
• Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving ability a must.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Effective project management skills and team leadership skills
• Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite applications with advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrate statistical, analytical, and mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to develop and manage metrics that drive performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work on a fast paced, high energy team.
• Ability to work in a process driven environment where priorities change rapidly with firm deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations, or related field preferred OR equivalent experience.
• SAP &/or Logility Experience a plus.
