About the role

Mom’s Meals, the leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is looking for upbeat, people-first individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you’ll be one of the first friendly voices our customers connect with as they place meal orders.

What you'll bring

• High school degree or GED
• 1 year of previous customer service experience
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience learning and using software in a work or school setting
• Clear oral communication skills
• Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
• Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
• 1 year of previous call center experience
• Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams
• Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures
• Preferred Skills & Experience
