About the role

HealthFitness is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to join our team at a corporate client site in Anna, Ohio. In this role, you'll help create a welcoming environment for members and guests while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This is an on-call/substitute position working 4 - 8 hour shifts within the facility operating hours of Monday through Saturday, 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

What you'll bring

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
