This position is critical to the success of our manufacturing operations and will support the assembly and production of magnetic and electronic components.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude.
• Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience.
• Basic soldering experience.
• Ability to perform work using hand tools and standard measurement equipment.
• Ability to learn and follow quality, safety, and ESD procedures.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.
