About the role
Moog is hiring a Business Unit General Manager (BUGM) for our Electronics & Integrated Systems Business Unit within the Space Division. You will be responsible for full Business Unit Profit and Loss performance and leadership of the functions supporting the portfolio—including Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Business Development. You will guide the business through the transition to a unified operating model and drive strategic and financial success.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Technical discipline
- 15+ years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing, integrated systems, or related high‑reliability technology sectors
- 5+ years in a strategic leadership role with responsibility for people leadership and business strategy
- Direct P&L leadership experience within the Space, Defense, or Aerospace industry
- Ability to hold or received a TS/SCI clearance
- Ability to lead across multi‑site operations through organizational change and integration
- This role can be based in Gilbert, AZ, Arvada, CO, or Mountain View, CA
- Travel will be ~30% - 50%
- MBA preferred
