About the role

We are seeking a Project Development Analyst to support strategic initiatives within our Operations team and enhance operational excellence across the company. This is a highly cross-functional, opportunity for a mission-driven individual to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced renewable energy environment. This role is ideal for recent graduates or emerging professionals with 1+ years of experience who enjoy working with data, improving processes, and contributing to strategic decision-making. As a Project Development Analyst, you will work closely with project managers, engineering, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are advanced efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and organizational skills with a passion for renewable energy and a collaborative mindset. Candidates with engineering backgrounds are preferred but not required.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, environmental studies, or related field.
  • Some experience in business operations, energy, or related fields through full-time roles, internships, or project-based work.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • ability to turn data into insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, and preferably data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Notion) is a plus.
  • Engineering background or coursework is preferred but not required.
  • Interest in clean energy, sustainability, or infrastructure is a strong plus.
