This role is responsible for supervising baristas, maintaining Starbucks brand and service standards, and ensuring smooth operations during assigned shifts.

• Work indoors in a temperature-controlled environment and outside
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting preferred
