What you'll bring
- Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, related area or equivalent professional experience
- Fifteen or more years’ experience in facilities management, Data Center management, corporate/military engineering, or other related field
- Five or more years’ people management experience
- Strong knowledge of related regulations and laws and general knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, maintenance, environmental codes & safety codes (OSHA, EPA, DOT, ADA, and NFPA)
- Working knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and project management
- Experience having P&L responsibility, budgeting and financial model development
- US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts
- Masters Degree (MBA, MPA, or Masters in Engineering or Construction Management or related field) or 20+ years related work experience and/or training
- with experience in managing team "virtually" preferred
