About the role

The Technical Training & Curriculum Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering technical training supporting Department of Defense (DoD) mission systems. This position serves as the program's training subject matter expert (SME), developing comprehensive training plans, instructional materials, and hands-on training that enable both internal engineering personnel and Government customers to effectively operate, administer, and sustain complex software and hardware solutions. This position requires periodic travel to customer locations, engineering facilities, and operational sites within the United States and internationally.

What you'll bring

  • Applicants must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and delivering technical training for enterprise software or information systems.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience creating technical training plans, curricula, instructional materials, and student documentation.
  • Experience training technical personnel on enterprise software applications and system administration.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop professional training documentation.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 20–30%) in support of customer training events and program activities.
  • Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or Federal Government programs.
