About the role

This position is designed to give individuals with no manufacturing experience the skills they need to become a Certified Operator at Pratt & Whitney. Employees selected for this position are required to successfully complete the customized training program conducted at AB Tech. In addition, the employee will complete all required on-the-job training at Pratt & Whitney.

• In addition, the employee will complete all required on-the-job training at Pratt & Whitney.
• Manufacturing Operator(s) will be required to learn basic manufacturing processes within their assigned business unit.
• The manufacturing operator will be required to demonstrate key proficiencies which are required to become a certified machine operator.
• Employees must be flexible with their shift schedule to complete required training.
• This position is Monday through Thursday, 2nd Shift, 4:15pm - 2:45am
