About the role

Working on the production line you will produce blades as well as perform all quality checks. These positions require shift work and ability to work overtime when needed. Train (through shadowing) other operators to perform work tasks. (Level II or III) The person in this position will frequently move about the machine line to operate various manufacturing equipment (approximately 90% of the time).

• Must be able to run all equipment in the entire work loop and produce product at rate in multiple cells per standard work.
• HS Diploma/GED
• Previous Manufacturing experience or education or Advanced Manufacturing Certification
• Associate’s degree in business administration or related field
• More than two (2) years working experience plus a demonstrated ability to effectively manage production work activities.
