About the role
As an HR Business Partner , you will be a trusted advisor to people leaders and a catalyst for high-performing teams. You will bring practical HR expertise, sound judgment, and data-driven insight to the moments that matter—helping managers coach, develop, engage, and retain talent while creating a consistent, positive employee experience. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to help leaders create stronger teams, improve the employee experience, and deliver HR support that is trusted, responsive, and aligned to business outcomes.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partner, employee relations, or manager coaching experience
- Demonstrated ability to advise leaders, resolve complex people matters, and balance employee experience with business needs
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to use data and insights to inform recommendations and improve outcomes
- To meet customer requirements and comply with local or state regulations, applicants for certain customer-facing roles may need to:
- Undergo additional background screens and/or drug/alcohol testing for customer credentialing.
- Experience supporting plant, field, sales, operations, or other distributed workforces
- Experience partnering across a matrixed HR model with COEs and Shared Services
- Working knowledge of employment practices, employee relations, compliance, and HR policies
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Experience with HR systems, workforce data, dashboards, or analytics
