About the role
You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years. You’ll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day. It’s a high-volume environment. Documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks are part of the job — and the NPs who thrive here don’t fight that reality, they’re built for it. What you'll bring
- Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
- 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
- 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
- 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time
- 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
- 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
- Multiple active state licenses
- Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine
- DEA preferred
