About the role
The Terrain Park Lead is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the terrain parks and halfpipe, set up/breakdown for events in the venues and providing outstanding guest relations to all park users. Leads monitor the performance of both the terrain park workers and advanced workers and provide feedback to the supervisor and manager. This position reports to the Terrain Park Director. Applications for this position will be accepted until October 1, 2026 for the 2026-2027 Winter Season.
What you'll bring
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Fluent in English
- Successful completion of ASC snowmobile licensing training
- Successful completion of ASC chainsaw certification
- Knowledge of safely handling and operating heavy and dangerous machinery
- Basic understanding and use of Google Sketch Up
- Comfortable working on mountain terrain including steep grades
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to work in collaboration with others to achieve team goals
