About the role

You'll serve as the primary communicator between project management, work groups, and key stakeholders on project issues.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of equivalent work experience in substation construction management for an electric utility
• Minimum of ten (10) years of substation construction experience in the electric power industry
• Expertise in transmission rebuilds and substation installations, with proven supervisory experience in substation construction and electric utility environments
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Skilled in coordinating work scope during outage windows and managing multiple work groups and contractors.
• Demonstrated experience in construction project management
• Extensive background in the electrical utility industry
• Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
