About the role
MultiCare’s Summit Team is seeking an experienced RN to join our regional nursing float pool, supporting flexible, expert care across the Puget Sound and Capital Pacific Regions. Operating under a tiered, cluster-based model, the team enhances mobility, reinforces clinical excellence, and strengthens systemwide staffing. As a Summit Team RN, you’ll use your specialized training across a variety of clinical settings while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This role offers diverse experience, continuous learning, and the opportunity to make a broad impact across our hospitals. Clusters include: Critical Care | Acute Care | Emergency Department | Women's Services | Procedural & PACU AreasResponsibilities As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $48.15 - $90.83 USD.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire
- RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Current BLS Certification and ACLS if working in Critical Care / ED
- Three (3) years of experience required
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
- Local float pool experience preferred
