About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded person to oversee the day-to-day management of our temporary employment agency partnerships. This is not an end-to-end recruitment role. Your focus will be on agency performance, stakeholder relationships, financial processes, reporting and ensuring our temporary workforce model operates efficiently and consistently. You will work closely with recruitment agencies, hiring managers, Finance, Procurement and the wider People and Culture team. As our subject matter expert, you will use data, market insights and commercial thinking to identify opportunities, manage costs and continually improve the experience for our hiring managers and temporary employees.

• We are looking for someone who is confident managing external suppliers, financial processes, multiple stakeholders and can balance strong relationships with clear expectations and commercial accountability.
