About the role

This is a senior site-based role suited to someone who comes from a strong heavy civil structures background and has led complex reinforced concrete works on major infrastructure projects. This role requires a supervisor who understands the full structural construction cycle from temporary works, sequencing and pour planning through to QA documentation, subcontractor coordination and programme delivery.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience delivering reinforced concrete structures on large infrastructure projects such as bridges, reservoirs, water treatment plants or similar heavy civil works
• Strong understanding of structural concrete construction methodologies including: • Formwork systems
• Falsework and temporary works
• Reinforcement installation
• Concrete placement and pour sequencing
• Precast installation
• Structural steel erection
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, specifications and construction programmes
• Strong knowledge of QA processes, inspection requirements and concrete quality standards
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and managing complex structural interfaces
• Confident communicator who can lead crews while also engaging effectively with clients and consultants
• A hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on safety, planning and team culture
