About the role
Getting the right components and materials to the right place at the right time is one of the most operationally critical things Halter does. Miss it and production output slips, customers wait, and the business pays for it. The Supply Planning Manager is the person who makes sure that doesn't happen. You'll own the end-to-end supply plan across our product portfolio, translating demand signals into material requirements, placing and managing purchase orders, maintaining healthy inventory positions, and keeping a close eye on anything that could disrupt supply before it becomes a problem. You'll work closely with our suppliers, our internal operations teams, and the Sales & Operations Planning Lead to make sure the supply side of the business is always in good shape and clearly visible.
