About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Engineer – Modeling, Simulation & Analysis supporting one of our premier programs within Raytheon, an RTX Business. In this role, your experience with modeling and simulation, systems engineering analysis, software development, and performance assessment will be instrumental in the development of next-generation missile and sensor systems. You will work across integrated product teams consisting of Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Signal Processing, and Performance Simulation engineers to develop and evaluate high-fidelity simulation environments that support mission success. The work is on-site in Aurora, CO.

- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience developing software using object-oriented programming principles with C and/or C++
- Experience using Python and/or MATLAB to analyze engineering data and develop modeling solutions
- Experience developing models or simulations of physical systems and applying modeling, simulation, or engineering analysis techniques to evaluate system performance
- Active and transferable DoD Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date, with the ability to obtain Special Program Access.
- Advanced Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or another STEM discipline
