About the role

Revenue Enterprises is seeking a Client Account Manager to build strong client relationships, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure commitments are delivered on time. We're looking for a highly organized, curious, proactive professional who listens well, communicates clearly, manages competing priorities, and takes ownership from start to finish. This position requires approximately 50% travel, including frequent air travel and overnight stays for client meetings, performance reviews, implementations, and other business needs.

What you'll bring

• Candidates must live within approximately 75 miles of a major commercial airport in:
• 1–3+ years of relevant experience in client account management, B2B client services, customer success, project coordination, healthcare administration, or a similar client-facing role.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Planner.
• Strong PowerPoint and/or Canva skills.
• Exceptional organization and project-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining visibility across multiple clients and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong active listening, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to senior and executive leadership.
• Strong accountability and follow-through.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• college coursework or degree preferred.
