About the role

We are currently seeking licensed therapists and social workers, as well as those pursuing licensure in Colorado, to join our multidisciplinary crisis stabilization team. As a Crisis Stabilization Clinician at Paragon BHC, you will be responsible for providing urgent behavioral health interventions to individuals under mental health holds and those requiring support as they transition back into the community.

What you'll bring

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Colorado licensure or eligibility for licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, licensed clinical psychologist, or equivalent).
• Experience working with culturally diverse individuals and families, trauma, group facilitation, and crisis stabilization supports.
• Knowledge and experience in mental health and substance use assessments and consultation.
• Ability to provide interventions within diverse home and community settings.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, 42 CFR, protected health information, and confidentiality.
• Commitment to the organization's mission, vision, and goals.
• Ability to speak a second language (Spanish, ASL or other), highly valued.
• Has a confirmed master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field while working towards clinical licensure.
• Supervision is provided.
• Licensed or licensed-eligible (must be able to obtain a preliminary license within six months of employment)
