About the role

The Facilities Engineer is part of Aspen One’s Employee Housing team. This position is focused on providing tenants with timely repairs inside and outside of employee housing units. This position performs carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, snow removal, painting, carpet installation, cleaning and all other routine facility maintenance and construction tasks. This position reports to the Facilities Manager. Applications for this position will be accepted until September 15, 2026.

• Education & Experience Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid, current, and unrestricted Driver’s License
• Proficient knowledge of fire and safety procedures
• Knowledge of company rules, regulations, and operational standards
• Proficiency in communicating clearly both verbally and in writing to team members and customers
• Proficient mechanical aptitude for operation and repair of facility equipment and tools
• Proficient with all hand, power and pneumatic tools and the ability to use them safely, and must maintain all tools in a clean and orderly condition while maintaining a clear, uncluttered work area
• Proficient maintenance skills
• Proficient with carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, snow removal, painting, carpet installation, cleaning
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to work in collaboration with others to achieve team goals
