About the role
As a Nurse Practitioner with UHP, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive medical care to residents in skilled nursing and senior living settings. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, manage complex medical conditions, and build strong, trusted clinical relationships — all while being supported by a collaborative interdisciplinary team. You will serve as a consistent clinical presence within your assigned facilities, providing proactive, patient-centered care and responding to urgent medical needs to ensure continuity, quality, and dignity in treatment.
What you'll bring
- · Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state(s) of practice.
- · Current national Nurse Practitioner certification (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent).
- · Clinical training and experience in adult, family, and/or geriatric medicine.
- · Eligibility to work in the United States.

- · Active DEA registration or ability to obtain.

- · Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- · Prior experience in SNF, LTC, ICU, or Emergency Department settings is a plus.
