About the role

As a member of our Customer Success Operations team, you will be a primary stakeholder for our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Your focus will be on entering new sales orders into the ERP and updating them throughout their life cycle. This position is one of Maddox’s oldest commercial positions, with a proven playbook and a strong team, but we are growing rapidly, so adaptability is critical in this role.

What you'll bring

• You are technically savvy with modern platforms (Google Suites, etc).
• You have keen attention to detail and can perform recurring tasks accurately and precisely, particularly regarding data entry.
• You are autonomous and capable of managing your own time and workflows.
• You are capable of balancing multiple tasks without becoming overwhelmed.
• You welcome constructive feedback to help you develop in your role.
• If you prefer a more old-school approach (i.e., stacks of sticky notes), you will struggle in this role.
