About the role
The Bakery role is central to the success of the Wonderstate Café, combining the responsibilities of both Baker and Bakery Prep. This position is responsible for the preparation, production, and presentation of all baked goods served in the café, including items featured in the bakery case, food menu, and catered events. Our Bakery team members uphold Wonderstate’s core value of “Excellence. Always.” by delivering consistent, high-quality food and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to hospitality and collaboration .
