About the role

As a key member of the International Prevention & Recovery Marketing Team you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. We are seeking a talented and driven Product Management professional to join an international team working with market leading products in the orthopedic medical device industry.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Life Sciences
• 8–10+ years of product management experience within the Medical Device or Life Sciences industry, including upstream product management and new product development.
• Proven experience leading products from concept through launch in a global or international environment.
• Experience developing portfolio strategies, product roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market plans.
• Proven success in upstream product management and new product development.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into product strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs through VOC activities and convert insights into innovative product solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in a global matrix organization.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Orthopedics or Musculoskeletal experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with business intelligence or market research tools is an asset.
