About the role
Deliver meals to assigned dining site(s) and the homebound clients.
What you'll bring
- Must 25 or older with a valid Texas drivers license at all times
- Must have human relation skills and ability to relate to people of all races. colors, creeds, and origins
- Must be able to relate to senior citizens and be aware of their special needs
- Must be able to work in a structured team environment and be willing to be a team member
- Must not have more than “1” traffic violation in 18 months
- Must not have any “A” violations (DUI, operating a vehicle during a period of suspension or revocation)
- Must be able to pass a drug test and physical.
- Must learn duties of assigned route
- Must learn paperwork to be completed daily/weekly
- Must learn proper food handling in relation to vehicle and food container sanitation and temperature
