About the role
We are seeking a Regulatory & Compliance Analyst to support day-to-day regulatory and environmental compliance activities in a hands-on, in-office role. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to support compliance efforts, solve practical problems, and ensure our products and operations meet regulatory and environmental requirements. This position is based on-site at our Bend, Oregon headquarters As a Regulatory & Compliance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products, facilities, and operations comply with environmental, health, and safety requirements, while helping the business move forward responsibly. This role is best suited for candidates early in their regulatory careers who are looking to develop hands-on experience in a structured, in-office environment. What you'll bring
- 2–4 years of experience in regulatory, environmental compliance, EHS, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks (e.g., EPA, environmental compliance, permitting)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and records
- Ability to follow established processes and apply regulatory requirements in day-to-day work
- Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through with minimal supervision
- Interest in building a career in regulatory and environmental compliance
- hands-on experience is a plus but not required
