About the role

:    Under the direction of department management, exercises responsibility for execution of Quality Assurance strategies and tactical plans at USBRP1 sites.  This position develops priorities and objectives in cooperation with each site management team and oversees implementation.  Position serves as a corporate resource to all Quality staff and management teams at all sites. This position exercises independent judgment routinely and operates within established guidelines.

• Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must possess basic supervisory skills, SPC, FMEA, 8-D corrective action and DOE knowledge.
• KAIZEN activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field
• Less than 3 years of in-field experience can be supplemented by an advanced (Masters) degree.
• Job level determined by various factors such as organization size, responsibility, career stage, and capabilities.
• Required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
