About the role

Spring Oak Senior Living is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales - Assisted Living to lead sales efforts for our community. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, converting leads into move-ins, conducting tours, developing referral relationships, and managing the full sales process from initial inquiry through move-in . We are looking for someone who is organized, responsive, relationship-focused, and motivated by results.

What you'll bring

• Competitive base salary
• 3+ years of senior living, assisted living, or healthcare sales experience required
• Proven ability to increase occupancy and achieve sales goals
• Strong sales, closing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing leads and follow-up through a CRM or sales management system
• Strong organization, responsiveness, and follow-through
• Comfortable conducting tours, making outbound calls, networking, and developing referral relationships
• Ability to work professionally and compassionately with older adults and their families
