About the role

The base salary range for this role is listed above. rhode is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Senior Inventory Accountant to own and optimize end-to-end inventory accounting. You will analyze system-to-3PL variances, manage reserves, prepare reconciliations, and strengthen internal controls. This role sits within Accounting, supports the Inventory Accounting Manager, and partners closely with Operations, Finance, and broader Accounting to drive scalable process improvements.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of hands-on inventory accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and inventory valuation methodologies.
• Advanced Excel skills
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• ERP experience required
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CPA designation preferred.
• prior audit experience is a plus.
• NetSuite strongly preferred.
