About the role

At Star Electric, we build more than projects, we build careers. We’re looking for experienced, hard-working 2nd, 3rd, 4th Year Apprentice  and Journeyman to join our growing team and work on a variety of commercial and industrial jobs in Billings and across Montana. Target start date is early to mid August. You’ll be a vital part of the field team, executing high-quality electrical installations and supporting the success of each project. You will report directly to the Site Foreman and are expected to take ownership of your work, maintain high safety standards, and contribute positively to the crew dynamic.

What you'll bring

• Proficiency in commercial/industrial electrical installations.
• Team-player mentality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and accountability in all aspects of the job.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout Montana for assigned jobs.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, work on ladders, and perform trade-related tasks.
• Strong commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and professional conduct.
