We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Line Leader to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the nVent ILSCO and nVent ERIFLEX global product portfolios.  This role is critical in leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that align with business goals and market demands.  The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of global markets, product lifecycle management, and stakeholder collaboration.  You will be a key player in bridging the gap between product development and sales, ensuring our products resonate with our target audience and achieve their full market potential. What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering Management
• Proven track record of developing and delivering successful go-to-market strategies.
• Solid understanding of product positioning, messaging, and branding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Product development and commercialization experience
• 10+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams.
• MBA preferred
• preferably in the electrical industry.
